General Overview
By using PWM Visa Consulting services, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all services provided, including visa processing, investment guidance, and consultation.Services Provided
PWM Visa Consulting offers assistance with Tourist Visas, Student Visas, Immigration Visas to various countries, and Investment Visas and Options in the U.S. We act as facilitators and guides in helping clients meet visa and immigration requirements, but we do not provide legal advice or guarantee visa approvals.Student Visa Responsibilities
Clients applying for student visas must comply with the following:- Missing Fees: Clients are responsible for paying all required tuition fees and institutional costs on time. Failure to meet these financial obligations may result in visa cancellation or suspension.
- Attendance Requirements: Students must maintain satisfactory attendance as per the institution’s and immigration requirements. Failure to meet minimum attendance criteria may lead to visa termination.
- Academic Performance: Clients are required to maintain academic standards, including passing courses. Dropping below full-time status, academic probation, or failing courses may jeopardize visa validity.
- Criminal Activities: Engaging in any criminal activities, including but not limited to breaking laws of the host country, will lead to immediate cancellation of the visa, as well as possible legal consequences. PWM Visa Consulting will not be held responsible for any legal issues arising from such activities.
- Compliance with Local Laws: Students must adhere to the laws of the host country as well as the rules and regulations of their respective educational institution. Any breaches may result in the loss of visa status or other legal actions.
- Health Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have appropriate health insurance during their study period abroad.
Payment of Fees
All fees for services provided by PWM Visa Consulting must be paid in 100% upfront in cleared USD funds. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa denial, personal cancellations, or service terminations.Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and authentic documentation for visa processing. Any false or misleading information may result in visa denials or cancellation of services without refund.Visa Approval and Processing Times
PWM Visa Consulting does not guarantee specific approval times for visa applications. Claims regarding 99% visa approval or 48-hour application processing are based on historical data and client feedback and are not binding.Investment Facilitation Disclaimer
We facilitate connections between clients and potential investment opportunities. PWM Visa Consulting does not offer direct investment advice and takes no responsibility for profit or loss. It is the client’s responsibility to conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.Limitation of Liability
PWM Visa Consulting is not responsible for any financial, legal, or non-financial losses. This includes, but is not limited to, visa denials, investment losses, missed deadlines, and any consequences arising from third-party services.Price Increases/Changes
PWM reserves the right to adjust service fees or impose additional charges due to fluctuating government fees, exchange rates, and costs imposed by third-party vendors or service providers. Clients will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.Right to Refuse Service

Clients are responsible for the security of their communication channels and email accounts. PWM Visa Consulting is not liable for missed communications due to compromised accounts or security breaches. All communications will be directed to the contact details provided.Reputation and Conduct
Any defamatory actions, insults, threats, or negative campaigns (e.g., on social media) against PWM Visa Consulting will result in immediate termination of services. Legal action may be taken, and compensation for damages will be sought in such cases.External Links and Third-Party Services

Clients must verify the type of visa or service requested and the corresponding benefits, and ensure compliance with the laws of the destination country. Clients are also responsible for managing the visa application for family members, as age requirements for dependents may vary by country.Medical Responsibility and Insurance
Clients are responsible for carrying necessary medications and ensuring they maintain their health while traveling. It is required to purchase travel or visitor’s health insurance to cover medical emergencies during your stay. Clients should inquire about and secure adequate coverage.Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings and items during travel or stay. PWM Visa Consulting is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Take necessary precautions to safeguard your belongings.Charges per Person or Per Passport
Unless otherwise specified, all charges are calculated per person or per passport. Services such as visa assistance, document processing, and travel arrangements are billed individually based on the number of persons or passports involved.Collection of Sensitive Documents
Due to the nature of our business, PWM Visa Consulting collects sensitive information such as IDs, passports, and confidential documents to assist with visa and immigration processes. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of these documents and discard them once they are no longer needed. However, PWM Visa Consulting is not responsible for data leaks, hacking, or unauthorized use of documents. Clients are encouraged to conduct due diligence to ensure their data remains secure.Hotel, Flights, and Transportation Adjustments
PWM reserves the right to adjust hotel bookings, flights, or transportation arrangements based on availability or corporate reasons. Equivalent standards will be maintained where possible, but adjustments may be made without prior notice.Responsibility for Return to Home Country
Clients are responsible for ensuring they comply with the laws of the host country and for making arrangements to return to their home country after their stay. PWM Visa Consulting is not responsible for return travel arrangements.Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.Verbal Commitments and Social Media Communication
Any verbal commitments, discussions, or messages exchanged via WhatsApp, social media platforms, or similar channels will not be recognized as official agreements or commitments. Only written agreements and formal contracts will be considered legally binding.Attorney / Vendor Consultation Fees
For appointments with our immigration and legal attorney, whether online or in-person in Houston, TX, we typically charge an upfront fee of $150/hour. However, this rate may vary depending on the specific services or vendor involved. If you choose to proceed with our legal services, the consultation fee will be adjusted toward your final legal costs.
- In the event of a bounced payment, canceled transaction, or any payment-related issue, an additional administrative charge of $25 per day will be applied starting from the day of the issue. This charge will continue to accrue daily for up to 05 days or until the payment issue is resolved. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days, additional actions may be taken, including the suspension of services and possible legal proceedings.
